    When you checkout, you will be able to select the various shipping options we offer for your Gigi Seasons order. Each option will provide you an estimate of the shipping time from our warehouse and the associated pricing. Gigi Seasons sometimes offers free, complimentary Ground Shipping for certain products and during certain promotional periods. When free shipping applies to your order, you will see this shipping option as your default selection. You are always able to select the shipping option and shipping time (and associated cost to you, if applicable) during the check out process. Currently we only ship to the US contiguous 48 states.

    The distance between our Chicago warehouse and your shipping address will determine your various shipping options including, but not limited to: 

    UPS Ground Shipping
    USPS First Class
    USPS Priority Mail
    UPS 3 Day Service
    UPS 2 Day Service
    UPS Next Day Service 

    Orders placed Friday after 3pm Central Time to Sunday will be shipped on Monday, as our warehouse is closed on the weekend. Our warehouse is also closed for major holidays. Thank you for your patience.

    If your Gigi Seasons package did not arrive when expected, be sure to check the order's tracking information to see the status of your delivery. Tracking your package can be done through various methods through the "View Your Order" link on your shipping confirmation email you received from Gigi Seasons when we shipped your order (for help finding out how to track your package, see this article). There, you will have access to the carrier tracking number which you can use to track the exact status of your purchase with either UPS or USPS. You can also see more detailed tracking updates by viewing your shipment through the Shop app.

    If our tracking system shows your order as having been delivered but you did not receive it, please check the various doors and entryways around your home or building. Also, please speak with any family members or neighbors who may have moved the package.

    It is best to first contact the shipper of the package (UPS or USPS) directly. Once your order leaves our doors and is in the hands of the shipper, we have no control over what happens from there, nor do we have more information than is available to you. Therefore, contacting the shipper and providing your tracking number is usually the best way to figure out where your shipment might be. If your package was shipped via USPS, contact your local post office to see if they can locate the package. If your package(s) still cannot be located, contact us using our HELP FORM.

    At this time, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states. If you would like to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please fill out this HELP FORM to discuss possible shipping options.

    As soon as you place your Gigi Seasons order, you will see a Confirmation Page confirming the details of your order. You also will receive an email soon thereafter confirming the same information.

    Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email notification. From this email, you can view your order and tracking information will be accessible.

    You will then receive further email notifications for important steps of your order: when it has shipped, when it is out for delivery in your area, and finally when it has been delivered.

    From any email you receive after your order has shipped, click "View Your Order" to find the tracking number for the shipping service used (UPS or USPS). Click the tracking number to view your order's tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

    There are two more options to easily track your order:

    From the initial Confirmation Page of your order (and anytime you click "View Your Order"), you will have two additional options to track the status of your Gigi Seasons order:

    The first option is to track your order with Shop, which will require your confirmation of your telephone number. The Shop tracking feature is accessible via the Shop app - you will receive a text with a link to download the app from your phone's app store (you can also search "Shop" yourself in your mobile phone's app store). If you select this feature, you will receive instructions walking you through the set-up process of the Shop application.

    The second tracking option is to receive text updates regarding the status of your Gigi Seasons order. If you would like to receive text updates, please select this option from the Confirmation Page.

    We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. Please supply a physical mailing address when filling out your shipping information.

    International shipping is not available at this time, including shipping to Canada. We hope this will change in the future! Thank you for your interest.

    Customizing Your Puffer Hug®

    While we do our best to customize your monogrammed Puffer Hug as quickly as possible, it can add up to an additional 5 business days from the shipping dates quoted to you..

    You can monogram your Puffer Hug® with one, two, or three capital letters. Lower case letters are not available.

    Our standard font is Montserrat Semi Bold 100 pt (which is about 1” tall). Custom fonts are not available.

    Our standard thread is Cool Gray 8C. Custom thread colors are not available.
